EXCHANGE BY DOMESTIC CUSTOMER
If a customer has a size issue with the product shipped, he or she must contact us at support@kaaljo.com or call us at +91 7357546250 within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. If your pin code allows for reverse pickup, we will arrange for a pickup at the same delivery location and re-send the product. The customer handles the Rs 300 reverse pickup fee. Please keep in mind that reverse pickup may not be accessible in some pin codes. We ask the consumer to return the item with his or her name and phone number written on it. Only size-related exchanges are permitted. On product exchange, no exchange will be granted.
Returns: We humbly do not accept returns on things that have already been sold.
Damaged/Incorrect Delivery: If a product is damaged or defective, or if the wrong item is sent, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@kaaljo.com or call us at +91 7357546250. We will replace the item with the next available courier service. When a product leaves our warehouse, however, it passes through three layers of quality control, and we document the process for your reference. If there is a problem with the product, we will fix it for you.
